Ryan is an experienced consumer protection attorney who established a prosperous law firm in Indianapolis after graduating from Dayton Law in 2007. He has litigated cases under many federal and state consumer
protection laws, helping recover millions of dollars for consumers in class actions and arbitrations.

Ryan briefly worked at the Attorney General's Office for about a year,
where he litigated consumer protection and antitrust matters against
businesses suspected of violating state and federal regulations.

He is now back in private practice litigating consumer protection cases
such as RESPA, Homeowners rights, foreclosure, consumer fraud, and mass arbitrations against shady
businesses.

Peter has been a Consumer Advocate for his entire legal career. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Cleveland State University in 1998, and his J.D. from the University of Akron School of Law in 2004.

Peter is presently licensed to practice in the state of Ohio as well as ten (10) federal jurisdictions. His federal licenses include the N.D. of Ohio, S.D. of Ohio, W.D. of Pennsylvania, E.D. of Michigan, N.D. of Illinois, C.D. of Illinois, N.D. of Texas, S.D. of Texas, W.D. of Oklahoma, and the E.D. of Oklahoma. Peter is a competent and experienced litigator in both state and federal court and has exclusively practiced in the area of Consumer law for nearly six (6) years.
